Corporate Communication - External/Internal

Corporate Communication is a concept that helps a company or organsation establish a positive dialogue with all relevant stakeholders. The focus is on what the company stands for and the products and services offered.

The concept of external and internal communication covers the following services - alone or in combination:
  • Development of communication and PR strategies. E.g. overall corporate strategies or a strategy for a targeted recruitment campaign.
  • Planning and implementing a press effort - ranging from defining target groups, messages, preparing press materials and practical implementation, including the press launch and a full follow up process.
  • Building a media crisis plan so that potential unpleasant stories do not develop in the press.
  • Media consultancy to handle media relations in general.  
  • The company's internal communication - from preparing the strategy to establishing the processes for a continuous dialogue with employees. In practice this is developing a concept for the intranet, publishing employee magazines, launching employee seminars and assisting in delivering clear and precise messages by writing speeches for top management.
  • Producing material for profiling the company - including project management of suppliers in the process of producing company presentations, annual reports, newsletters and customer magazines.
