Map your Company's Media ImpactAdded Value Communication helps companies and organizations to identify how journalists perceive them. We map how journalists assess the news value of a specific company and so the company's opportunity to get its messages across to the media. The starting point for the mapping takes place at a meeting with senior management and/or the Communication Manager. At this meeting we decide which media and journalists the company should be evaluated by. Once goals and questions are agreed upon, Added Value Communication contacts journalists to get their feedback. We interview between 10 and 30 journalists and we work primarily with qualitative interviews where we get individual opinions for the report. We ask journalists to assess the quality of the company's media efforts and future potential. The journalists also assess e.g. satisfaction with distributed press materials on a scale from 1-5. We present the results at a meeting where we provide a comprehensive report with the journalists' feedback and conclusions. Depending on individual wishes and needs, we assist in developing the future strategy for the company's position and profile in the media.
