February 9, 2010How to get your message through to the mediaContact with the press. It may sound dangerous. It does not have to be, if you know how to handle the dialogue with journalists.
"How do I get through to the media?" is the subject at a café meeting, where communication adviser Christian Pedersen from Added Value Communication will introduce how to get your message in the media.
The introduction takes place at a café meeting in Ringsted Business Forum on Wednesday, March 3rd from 16.30 to 18.00 at the Creative House in Ringsted, Denmark.
Many companies could take advantage of an ongoing press effort by integrating a media strategy into their current marketing plans and general profiling. Positive media coverage is a good supplement to regular advertising, when it comes to spreading your messages and news to a wider audience.
At the meeting, Christian Pedersen examine how journalists prioritize news, how to write a press release, and how to handle contacts with journalists when you need to get your message out. He also shows examples of what can happen when you are not careful in your dialogue with the press.
