Course - Communicating with internal customers 2.0

Added Value Communication has just developed a new course to support IT departments to improve their internal customer communication.

For several years AVC has offered open communication courses for staff in the IT departments through Danish IT. AVC also offers customized courses for IT departments. "Nobody understands us. Better communication with internal customers "is the title.

Several IT managers have asked for a follow-on module for this first course.

At the 2.0 course the participants go a step further and focus on how the Help Desk dialogue on the phone can be improved by an efficient dialogue with the users, a dialogue that ultimately will create greater satisfaction with the IT support. Classes are held in a combination of short, theoretical presentations and practical exercises.

The 2.0 course will also dig deeper in to the written communication, where the exercises are based on the participants' own texts and experiences. A significant portion of the time is dedicated to the follow-up on the internal customers' assessment of the IT department's communication. The results are used to set individual communication goals for participants. Goals which they undertake to follow up in months after the training day.
