HR Seminar: Improving your company's bottom line with 20 percent?

Added Value Communication is speaking about HR communication at a seminar that focuses on the value of organizational ratio at the Danish Technological Institute on Friday, 25 september.

The authors Kyösti Schmidt and Per Krogager introduce in their new book, "The Value of Organizational Ratio", completely new accounting principles and practices that illustrate how the appropriate HR activities can increase the company's bottom line by up to 20 percent!

But what should be measured? How can we use the measurements in the development of the company?

Conference objectives:

The aim is to introduce you to the new management  tool - Organizational ratio - and show how you can use the measurements to assess the company's organizational strengths and weaknesses.

You will be able to identify the key development areas and estimate the economic bottom line effect of the development - or fail to develop - these areas.

As a participant you'll be able to:

  • Calculate and measure your company's HR activities impact on the bottom line
  • Listen to cases of the measurement of HR activities
  • Learn a variety of tools to strengthen internal communication
  • Discover the opportunities of HR becoming a strategic partner
  • Evaluate your HR activities
  • Benchmark your company against the managers.

View complete training program (in Danish) about organizational ratios, which will take place on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 September at the Technological Institute in Taastrup  here.
