Communication Course for IT Professionals

If you want your IT Department to communicate better with internal customers, you should to consider joining the course "Strengthening IT Department through targeted communication". The course is conducted by Added Value Communication for the Danish IT Society in Copenhagen and is in Danish language.

- One major challenge is to get the IT department to speak the same language as the internal customers. Forget all the technical words, if you need to send a mail out because of server crashes. Think of those who will read the mail. Basically, they want to know what systems are not working, and when the error is corrected, says Communications Adviser Christian Pedersen.
