Improved Customer Dialogue



AVC has developed a concept in cooperation with Heide Communication focusing on IT Departments that want to improve the dialogue with their internal customers.

 - At the first planning meeting we have a dialogue with the management about the communication challenges, which the department faces. Then a number of customer interviews are conducted to provide a realistic picture of the situation, says Christian Pedersen, Communication Adviser.

At a one-day-seminar the results of the interviews are presented for the department's employees and managers. AVC provides suggestions for how to establish a positive customer dialogue - with specific focus on the importance of understanding the needs of the customer. In workshops the participants are involved in cases adapted to the individual organisation.

The concept is also adaptable for e.g. Finance, Purchasing and Production Departments.
